Who We Are
Value Management Consulting was established in 2013 to provide niche consulting services to address three cascading challenges in organisations we see in 2022:
-
Confirming the organisation’s business strategy as a coherent set of business outcomes
-
Providing a line of sight from the desired strategic outcomes to the change and transformation investments required
-
Articulating and planning the business value of those digitally enabled and transformation investments
-
Providing the line of sight to people, process and technology change needed to deliver investment value from an investment
-
Establishing and sustaining the ways and means to actually realise the business outcomes
-
Providing the capabilities to define and measure success of digital transformation investments and their contribution to strategy
Heavily influenced by our consulting experiences and thought leadership with DMR Consulting and The Information Paradox by John Thorp, we work with executives at an enterprise level firstly to articulate their business strategy in outcome terms, then
to establish capabilities, optimise and sustain the value management disciplines of value governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation.
